The entry level for a fresh engineer is that of a trainee. After the initial training, employees are inducted into teams, either to execute projects or as support engineers in the company’s various disciplines. Over a period of time, the employee garners experience and develops into a Lead Engineer / Project Manager, or a technical expert in a specialized field. Evolving into a professional with a multi-disciplinary approach, opens up vistas of opportunities in various fields.
Our annual performance appraisal sessions are intended to provide an opportunity for employees to review their contributions under the guidance of their superiors. Areas of improvement are jointly identified. The exercise focuses on reviewing results achieved as well as methodologies followed for achieving the results.
